Pros
I am a remote adjuster and have been working with Frontier for 3.5 years now. They do not micro-manage, they trust that you will do the job efficiently and provide as much as you can to the Examiners.
Cons
Not sure about growth potential; but I am not looking for that.

Free to set your own schedule. Meet a lot of interesting people (A good thing),

Inconsistency of pay. If you have bill obligations, you cannot plan with Frontier. Have had too many inspections/claims go over 200 days before I have been paid. Recommend that you utilize Quick Books receivables aging report or develop one on your own in excel that will track your days unpaid from time of submission. Feedback from the franchise owner is poor to non-existent. Mileage reimbursement is ok but be prepared to rack up the mileage. Software is a little quirky.
