Pros
Lovely pub fun colleagues with a great team atmosphere. Learnt plenty here and the long days were so busy time flew by.
Cons
Pay was lower than other pubs in the area. We were short staffed for months after some staff moved on. No Sundays allowed off even as holidays in a year. Left so I could see my husband.
Fuller's Response4w
Hi there thank you for your honest feedback. It's great to hear that you worked in a fun atmosphere and learned a lot, however, we would really like to resolve what you said about being short-staffed and not being allowed Sundays off. Please could you email us at recruitment@fullers.co.uk to discuss this further?

Pros
Really great team. 15% discount across all fullers pubs. Decent staff food.
Cons
Rota not available in advance. Minimum wage with no opportunity for an increase. No service charge. Nepotism. Very clicky. The manager would hide in the office and even when in the pub wouldn't say hello to staff. I felt this company hired people new to the UK who didn't know their rights and somewhat exploited them.

Pros
Good tronc Great floor team Discount at other pubs Hours are flexible if you have other priorities
Cons
Head office are greedy and overbook the pub and then won’t pay for enough staff to work. Many hours have been cut during the busy season which make it impossible for the pub to function. Bullying from management to lower staff members. Formal complaints never addressed. Management don’t seem to care about their employees even though they are the ones carrying the workload. Very few opportunities for progression No staff meals
