Everyone who is hired here is very genuine about their alignment with the company's mission. I learned so much and like many companies, it is what you make out of it. This is 100% a place you can really grow your own skillsets, network, and confidence!
Cons
You need to be comfortable with being uncomfortable, which I personally loved!
