      Nothing good to say whatsoever

      Backwards company policy, let you go wenever they feel like it, you are always replaceable, no security in job whatsoever, political staff and managers who go behind your back and chat amongst themselves, not taken seriously, no support

      This company only belittles and demeans their employees. If it is not to your face, it is behind your back. Don't trust senior management/HR they are not there to help you.

      Pros

      Great company to work for! My line manager and my colleagues are extremely helpful and supportive. Organised, excellent onboarding and induction. Very positive company culture, you will be treated like a human being. Very good pay package and commission as well!

      Cons

      No down sides apart from a few occasions where it can be extremely quiet in store. But as long as you’re a proactive and a self motivated person then you’ll be absolutely fine.
