Pros

AI-first company, lots of smart and generous people, eager to use cutting-edge tech stacks, weekly meeting with the CEO, lunch and dinner are provided, flexible working hours, able to work remotely very often.

Cons

Have to work for 1 year at minimum in order to take annual leave, lack of well-known products, management is a bit too enterprisey.
