      - Skill set improvement through regular training's and development day - Best Industry Compensation; Appraisals twice in a year - Fun @ work with team outings, annual day & sports day - Yearly employee feedback mechanism; addressing the suggestion / concerns raised by employees

      1) every six months there is a appraisal

      Cons

      1) Seniors doesn't know anything and behave like superstars 2) Managers are good for nothing... they know how to torture the Jr's 3) Management is least bothered about the employees 4) People having more than 2yrs of exp plz don't join in this company and spoil ur carrier 5) Micro management.
