Great team with a great company that truly cares. There aren’t a ton of in-office perks, but the team pulls together to make a great, inclusive culture. Great exposure to the corporate world.

Lots of instability with people constantly shifting roles, either by choice or by leadership design. The pay is lower than what’s on the market, and is supplemented by offering bonus incentives based on metrics.
