      Flexibility - at a cost

      Pros

      Flexible work environment with flexible hours and remote working facilities. Nice perks including free Mobile, Fixed-Line, Internet and TV subscriptions. Good sense of community and a very active HR department

      Cons

      The company is grossly disorganized. There is very poor communication between teams, and the corporate structure is absurdly top-heavy with a good 20% of the company being stuck in meetings all day, every day with no time left to actually work on anything. Salaries are on the lower-end (even for Malta) and are not reviewed periodically. Opportunities for advancement within the company are dependent on other people leaving or dying - so, not great.

      Honestly, a Great Company with Awesome Colleagues

      Pros

      The culture of this company is great and almost everyone I work with is amazing. The company offers plenty of growth of opportunities if you are ready to learn new things. The job is rewarding if you commit yourself. The Management will help you improve your skills if they see that you are willing to grow and learn more. The HR team are always ready to help and assist you.

      Cons

      Due to the complexity of team structures and systems, sometimes projects take longer to be delivered. We tend to complicate projects before they are even launched.
