      Pros

      Good learning experience. But no management vision and action. Many good past programmes either failed to take off or closed down due to heavy loss.

      Cons

      The company is in debt trap. Advice not to join this company. Even the sister concerns are not doing too good.

      Opportunity to work individually Accepting and recognizing innovation Proper growth for hard workers Flexible work hours 2nd & 4th Saturdays & all Sundays are off 24 Paid leaves & 14 Holidays in a Year

      Cons

      Some people want to poke their nose in all matters(Departments). Beware of negative people, there are some culprits. But if you are a growth oriented person you may not get affected by them.

      You get to work with different clients You get to work with GDs, Developers and QA. Great for a fresher in elearning field as you understand what challenges one faces in each team after the design phase. If there are lack of resources or if you are willing to work beyond designing Storyboards, you are given the freedom to contribute in QA, development too Flexibility - 7 hour shifts once a month, Login anytime from 9-11 and complete your 8 hour shift

      Salary delay No facilities Poor infrastructure
