      Pros

      i loved working here, for most of my time with the company. the people are amazing, inspiring, creative, casual, and [for the most part] very down to earth.

      Cons

      the culture could be amazing, but it could also be its own nightmare- wonderful people, but a willing ignorance towards opportunities for radical beneficial change. reticence to invest at the right change at the right time would become still costly very slow change...that would inevitably be irrelevant by the time the change actually came. there is also often an attitude of believing certain people should only be... in certain jobs, based on work done years and years prior (and sometimes not even based on that much). this is despite speaking regularly of the importance of a Growth Mindset. this is ultimately why i left the company.
