-Incompetent top management have poor knowledge of markets, products and applications resulting in complete lack of direction. -Company structure is wrong itself. Misaligned departments, responsibilities and KPIs. -No creativity, everyone is busy doing operational work. -Bosses wear "busy ness" as badge of honor and rarely bothers to solve issues of the team. -Zero transparency, creating atmosphere of confusion, anxiety and uncertainty at all times
