Supportive managers but toxic favoritism

Pros

A few good managers willing to train you. High individual training budget. Some nice staff and fun socials Nice IT support.

Cons

Toxic and cliquey culture, with very obvious favoritism extending to pay rises, promotions, and exceptions during redundancies. Lots of in fighting and unprofessional behaviour impacting employees mental health. Asked to do jobs outside your responsibilities/pick up others slack and blamed for them. Voting for pay rises makes it a popularity contest.

Pros

I would say nothing to be honest.

Cons

Run away, they know this job market is messed up and they know how desperate you are, don’t take their offer. The product is a joke, how can you sell generic courses to industry leaders/experts when nobody in this company has worked let alone lead, on a factory/manufacturing floor.
