They give bagels on fridays and the ambiance is ok and if you can get to see outside IT there is some great work this company does it is such a pity that IT is so screwed up.

Cons

I know the HR people go in and put in positive reviews to avoid the overall negative rating. the culture is very close and false .. they pretend to want honesty but the management is very currupt and they drum out all people who are honest . Look at the calibre of the peopel who leave and you will see they retain those who never speak truth to power or people who are bad at their work this is true in IT I am not sure about the rest of the company.

Low bonus payouts. Restructured to take away from those who work hard and are paid lower by changing the payout to 7%, from 10 and leaving payouts for executives and managers at a higher percentage... Lack of transparency across the organization and focus constantly shifts

I would respectfully disagree with your comments. Bonus payouts actually increased for many with some people getting additional base pay instead of bonus. Your note above is misleading. Also, we offer numerous options for employees to learn and grow professionally. I would encourage you to take another look at what we offer or contact someone on the HR team to learn more.

The mission of company is to change cancer treatment decisions by delivering genomic diagnostics and services.

Cons

You sense poor morale, racism and politics in a toxic work environment. You see condescending, patronizing, insensetive and unfair management who just take the credits and collect sallary. The senior staff with their dinosaurs work style play politics and run their old show. No place for improvement and grow ... stay away from the toxic !
