- Working with a wonderfully diverse range of people who are open and honest in their neurodivergences and are willing to support and educate others - An empathetic and supportive HR team who genuinely care about your wellbeing - A willingness for the studio to evolve in a positive way and investment in management training for those already in leadership - A good hybrid working balance
Cons
- No structure, no transparency, no accountability - Has good intentions for positive change, but breaks those studio principles within days of announcement - Fear to ask questions or to take annual leave - No understanding of effective communication or lead by example leadership
