Office is located at far west. If you are staying very far it will be an issue.

- Colleagues are very friendly and helpful - They have a conducive environment for working - Able to work closely with senior management, providing me with firsthand experience of various functional areas of a business. - Provides me with more exposure - Work schedule flexibility

Cons

- Fewer employee benefits, however, this is understandable for smaller companies

Great mentors. Since it is a start up, there has been many opportunities to learn different skills sets. Steep learning curve and many opportunities to grow.

Cons

Have to be flexible and take on many different roles in the company.
