This Organization has a 1.9 star review for a reason. The organization is run by an incredibly narcissistic, impulsive, insensitive, rude, power-hungry Executive Director who has zero interest in BID success. Ironically the BID loves to hire passionate, enthusiastic individuals however, once hired these individuals are at the whim of extreme micromanagement and ultimately leave within less than two years. Management staff do not care what you think, do not listen, and have some vision but zero plan. All work is tops down. There is no comradery, collaboration, or institutional knowledge. You’ll be routinely tasked to do something without knowing where it is coming from or what’s about. You’ll be amidst a series of never-ending half-baked ideas which although well intentioned lead nowhere. Staff are constantly coming and going. Since 2020 there have been over one to two dozen staff that have come and gone. The Executive Director is very much aware of the Glassdoor reviews and the amount of turnover but expresses very little interest in creating an effective Organization.
