Teamwork is a big part of our culture, knowing that collaboration is well and alive is heartening. We are sorry you feel that there was no proper structure in processes. The organisation has grown to a large size over the past few years and thus many changes in management structure of verticals and departments and clear processes and we agree that the SOP needs to be followed to allow continued success of a company. However, do take note with constant changes and improvement to workflows we hope to see development in this situation real soon.
