- Plenty of staff benefits and friendly staff - Great energy - starts at 10am
Cons
- Hierarchy within the company is valued - Usually have to go through multiple channels to ask a simple question. For instance, I had a team manager respond to me rudely when I asked him a question instead of his team. However, I only asked him as 1) I was directed to him by other departmental staff and 2) his own team was unresponsive when contacted.

Pros
1. Good place to start if you are just starting out in your career. 2. You are most definitely given a lot of opportunities to grow and learn. However, you should be proactive in seeking them and there is more potential and advancement to learn if you are willing to take the leap. 3. Flat hierarchy within the organization. You are free to speak with your superiors in an open manner (of course as long as its respectable). I really like how there is a "your problem is my problem" culture, and people are willing to help as long as you ask.
Cons
Not everyone is able to adapt in a fast paced environment and it can definitely take a toll on some people. You have to be someone who is proactively taking responsibilities for your own learning.
