Bonuses were canceled before I ever saw one. Not too long later, employee salaries were cut by 33%, but it was "effective" for the previous paycheck which meant employees only received 33% of their paycheck with no prior notice. Between layoffs and turnover, the company only has one or two of the same employees they did last year. Many employees were promised the chance to *build* technology or programs as you would expect in startups, but were not given the resources to do so and then instructed to basically maintain what was already there. The technology does increase revenue for the customers, but they're taking a leap when they explain how it works. The CEO is not a leader and plays a delicate balance of micromanaging and not being available. His involvement in a project typically meant slowing down or derailing an opportunity.
