      Worst company I've ever worked for

      Pros

      Most people are lovely. Nice office. Free lunch once a month

      Cons

      The problem is the senior management team. See previous review - COO makes ALL the decisions. No autonomy, micro-managed, penny-pinching. When you decide to leave that's when they really get mean

      good environment nice offices parking Another person wrote: "Support group sessions are available at the pub to vent and find some solace knowing you’re not alone in the misery you feel."

      Cons

      CEO is nice, but never present, who really runs the company is the COO, and that's the problem. Your opinion won't be heard. With 15% of leavers and 2% of starters last year - well, you get the idea. Bad remuneration, but the COO believes people will work there anyway, because the office is "nice" and the product is "awesome". Don't expect training, as someone else mentioned, they believe "training is for monkeys". Everything else

      There are a lot of very smart people working at Granta Design. There are a lot of opportunities to learn.

      Cons

      The company is not as innovative or flexible as it claims to be. Granta Design is a nice company, but it is nothing like Google.
