Pros

Great energetic startup based on positive real world experience of founders. Grouper treats everyone like family and is very supportive. Lots of challenge to make life interesting but not overbearing. Moi and Aria the founders have a unique attitude to growing the business that involves growing the people as well.

Cons

Still a young company which is not a bad thing bur lots of competition for staff will make things challenging for the management team.
