      -No formal dress code (Jeans & Sneakers acceptable) -Good Pantry (weekly changed snacks & fruit day) -Small team and bonded -Very spacious desk and small cupboard given, high partition work station. -Good Pay irregardless which uni -Good Benefits with 100% FOC Medical & Dental

      -Management Style (depending on which boss you work with) -Stress Workload -Manual System -SUPER HIGH Turnover rate (10 ppl tendered within 3 months)

      Good team work among employees.

      Cons

      Divisional silos due to senior management varying interest. Department with dictatorial leadership, resulting in poor client/customer facing for promising and aspiring employees. Insufficient foresight and planning leading to frequent rush works. Limited sharing of relevant information, if not late. Better information concerning company and business are faster and more reliable from market place/suppliers. These are strictly my personal views and neither reflect on any intended actions nor accusations.

      Good pay, benefits and employee welfare. Weekly fruits provided and also have Team Bonding activity.

      Cons

      The usual downside is politics and a very demanding lady boss, who is still single, therefore being very workaholic.
