Alot of projects, Organization name, and I can't think of any other thing.
Cons
Managers are very bad for this client, they won't allow you to go on yout own leaves, so make sure you are not working for chennai based projects. Work in the projects which are in Bangalore only not handled from chennai, otherwise you will endup crying for leave, if your manager is from chennai. They will hire you for java, deploy you for javascript, hire you for python deploy you for data stage.
