      Pros

      - Food at downstairs is really good - Product idea is good and somewhat similar to UrbanClap and Quickrr.

      Cons

      - Lots of incentive to trap you down where each incentive is only to bind you in legality - No security at all - Lots of fake words on different platform - Lots of lies - Once you know management people from deep and within, you will find that every word is a lie - Only cares about business - Unstable mindset - Double face communication

      Pros

      Very organized which sets it apart from the crowd. They operate in an incredibly organized and structured way. High Compensation package. Happy Tummy atmosphere :) Management engagement and support is awesome Team’s dedication and hard-work is unprecedented to me. A group of highly dedicated and collaborative people. I believe this is what really Handzap succeeded in so far, is to get this amazing group of people together.

      Cons

      New joiners will be put in-charge very quickly. I found myself in-charge only after 2-days of joining. Everybody around you is super-busy so you have to be quite independent.

      Pros

      Great exposure to latest trend and learning environment by colleague. Nice and supportive colleague those are on same level. Nice director/project planning manager. Best in terms of salary packages and bonuses.

      Cons

      No work life balance, otherwise everything is alright.
