      Pros

New MD for Singapore - largely improved the company culture, morale, passion and development of the consultants. People focused - transparent pathway for career progression & management team truly cares for the well-being of their team Dynamic & fun working environment - generally good cohesion among the office, making this a great place to work in Good mix of expats & locals in the business Plenty of fun apart from all the hard work - activities such as wakeboarding, basketball competition, paintball etc

      Cons

Culture of the organization has improved tremendously as compared to a year ago, but definitely still has room for improvement in order to ensure everyone is committed to build a high-performing culture.
