It has global presence, but it's quite difficult to be transferred, local companies work independently. and most of HR process are not standard.

I worked at Heineken full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Nice ofice which is centrally located. Convenient to travel anywhere. Small organization.

    Cons

Lousy management style and culture Managers who displays unprofessional behaviour and when made a mistake, pushes blame to subordinates. Abusing their powers and not treating subordinates with respect. No career advancement at all. Employees are not given training and upgrading skills. Training programs only for managers only. Appraisal is not objective. Even if you perform well, it depends on your boss opinion which most of the time is biased. Your boss will not appreciate your hard work. HR is weak and does not dare voice opinion and only listen to one side of the story when there is a dispute. Managers are always at winning end even if they are wrong.
