      Major safety issues regularly went unaddressed, unethical QC practices to "meet" specs, lack of structure, organization, and accountability from management.

      Pros

      Yearly raises. Christmas bonuses. Most of the supervisors are really cool. Big on safety. Monthly and quarterly meetings to discuss how the company is doing. There's a lot of transparency.

      Cons

      Pay could be better but it isn't terrible. Micromanaging is sometimes an issue. A lot of politics and gossip among both employees and higher ups.
