Pros

- Work with well-known brands - Some extremely talented and kind team members - Internal monetary perks, such as well-being stipends and home office stipends - Transparency around pay - Can work fully remote or hybrid

Cons

- Uncompetitive pay - High turnover in some departments - Noticeable favoritism - Heavy emphasis on repetitive production design work; if you’re interested in consistent diversity in projects and or creative ideation, may not be a great match - Some teams have poor or nonexistent onboarding processes - Lag in feedback from managers, sometimes crucial feedback isn’t shared until mid-year or end-of-year reviews - Unnecessary client fire drills due to lack of proper communication between internal design teams, producers, and the client - Frequent changing of leveling/promotional benchmarks or use of different metrics; feels like a moving goal post - Feels like people are hesitant to share constructive feedback, seems like most people decide to leave instead

Toxic work environment, micromanagement to the fullest

Pros

- Talented people are scattered throughout the company

Cons

- Management continually stripped employees of power and rest, and had two faced personalities that was infuriating and disrespectful - A lot of problems stem from senior positions skill levels feeling a lot lower than the people they are managing - Unnecessary, long meetings - Management lied about project workloads constantly and tried to blame random team members for overtime - Management made racist and sexist comments - Higher-ups have a lot of power pulling drama that create a toxic work environment - Company has a leveling system to supposedly promote fair career mobility, but the biannual/quarterly reviews (you have to rewrite these even if you do not level up) heavily depend on how close you are with higher-ups - Higher-ups in teams randomly target everyone from a certain type of profession to take the fall for their personal mistakes
