Knowing that new candidates should think twice before applying.
Cons
Old school toxic workplace culture. Low salary, no overtime. Expected to work a 50 hour week at a lowly paid 38 hour week. Morning and afternoon tea breaks do not exist, half hour for lunch. Bullying comes from Management down to the rest of the company. High stress job, don't apply for work here.
