Pros
Well, there are hardly any pros I can talk about in the current set up.
Cons
There is too much of dishonesty in the organisation, both with the staff and the students. There is no respect for experience or ability. The management is extremely egoistic and not open to change or suggestions. They simply worship sycophancy. A lot of power is given to incompetent people who drive out the capable and honest. It's a vicious circle.
