      Pros

      a good ground to hone your skills, and learn new things. Good exposure working with senior management across various industries, and building up contacts while providing businesses with opportunities. good work-life balance. We're not required to be on standby/ answer calls etc. we put in the good work during office hours, and go home to our families with peace of mind after work. Excellent working hours 9-530!

      Had an opportunity to join the sponsorship team in IQPC Singapore mid 2022, the best decision ever made! The FPSO portfolio I've joined had quickly expanded into a larger Offshore Energy and Maritime event, exciting to be part of something growing so rapidly! Management has provided excellent support throughout my time here and helped developed my skills and reach my full potential. Great team dynamics and collaborative environment. In less than 2 years I was promoted twice due to my contributions, which proven the company recognized and reward performers and hard work. IQPC Singapore is a fantastic place to work for those who are keen in challenging and rewarding career with plenty of opportunities for advancement!

      Good development and learning, if you are willing to put in effort, opportunities are aplenty. Constructive feedback both commercially and internally are very well appreciated and management is open to change if you are willing to champion it
