Cons
Oh Boy! It's going to be a huge list. 1. Basically its a family business, every 3rd person would be a relative of who's who 2. They don't have the sense to speak with their employees, they treat them as a slave. 3. The one who actually manages the Chennai branch is the headmaster and ITSS is his kinder garden school. 4. If you breathe without having permission it's a sin. 5. Work culture is so polluted here, you have to be a bucket for some people to survive. You cant be vocal nor would anyone take any serious steps if you give any complaint. Because your fate is fixed. 6. Work over there is they would keep everything amongst themself like Area Infra Lead person won't share the info to others just because he is a relative. He has a mental attitude that only he has to survive no one else should. 7. Today you are there tomorrow if a new person joins you would be thrown out into the trash. Whatever you do it cant be counted all your past achievements also are unnoticed. 8. No hikes or bonuses, 100's fake promises non of them would be fully filled. 9. Crowd is so poor, that they don't have civic sense. None of them would even survive for a week if they come out of ITSS. 10. The one who handles AA for any project has no brains or attitude, he would be rude and arrogant on a call with the client but he would be decorated, one miss from our end, and we are noted. But that person won't be touched because he is near and dear to some important people. Because of that particular person, many have lost their career, because of him ITSS has lost many star performers, no one would look at it
