Toxic work culture: The environment was stressful, and colleagues were often unfriendly. 2. Poor work-life balance: Working 6 days a week with no flexibility was exhausting. 3. Lack of coordination: The disconnect between founders and CEOs led to confusion and frustration. 4. Aggressive management: Being late once resulted in verbal abuse, creating a hostile work environment. Given these issues, I strongly advise against joining incruiter if you value a healthy work environment. The EdTech environment should prioritize employee well-being, not perpetuate burnout.
