There are a lot of divisions and ability to join new teams or have promotional opportunities. There is opportunity to travel around the state and work with internal and external stakeholders.
Cons
The job is not a 40 hour work week, and the stress is considerable. You will need a strong support system and healthy boundaries/balance. There is a strong culture where mistakes are not learning opportunities.
