High acuity patients, immediate managers are very responsive.
Cons
Corporate environment. Cost of living is usually adjusted year to year, but the only way to a true raise is to switch positions or leave.

We recently rolled out a market-based pay model, made additional contributions to team members 401Ks when the organization performed well, and increased the incentive amount for participating in our wellness program.
