      Pros

      - It's a circus of musical chairs i.e. job rotations whenever you feel like it. - New process daily. Fear not. You will not get bored with daily process changes. - Large shiny carrot for young workers. Will be given nice titles and get to manage people more experienced and capable than yourself!

      Good place to work, bosses only zero in on it staff , when reviews are required , otherwise he is busy counting his money, rest of the year just play by the ear and pop up remedy , one that fit all. Cos all the way up play same role.
