      Pros

      Pros only for people who are relatives of the management

      Cons

      Management is haphazard. There is no HR in the company! They have hired a 12th pass relative of a senior employee as the company HR to keep that employee happy and retained in the company. HR professionals should wonder why they’re doing MBA in HR or creating a good career in HR. Anybody can get hired here as an HR. Half the staff is related to each other. There are just brothers and sisters, and relatives working here. Taking ‘we are a family’ to whole another level. If any relatives are yet unemployed, please feel free to connect with the HR. I’m sure they’ll find a new title for you here.
