1. Good salary and yearly salary revision 2. After formation of new management (after March 2020)they are trying to improve the work culture and policies.Now some what it is better than the previous.

1. Apart from salary,there is no that much employee benefits.Only have benefit of medical insurance. 2. Its a subsidiary of Japanese company named WorksApplication,So all the work in infoview will be related to their products and services. (Now they have started giving services to some of the Japanese clients other than WorksApplication).
