      Pros

      You get paid once a month..... The pay is not even enough to withstand this hell house.

      Cons

      Terrible school system to work for. Lack of leadership, expectations are never realistic and no one will support you. Students of these schools are extremely needy and lack respect to everyone even there own parents. Do your self a favor and work elsewhere.

      Pros

      Ingenium is a wonderful organization. My coworkers are collaborative, warm, and welcoming. Great learning model, based on research and neuroscience. No evaluations, only feedback and support from management. Lots of opportunity for growth within the company. Happy coworkers.

      Cons

      This is a relatively young district that is working to continually compete with salary and benefits.
