Pros
Joining the company in 2021, I was provided the tools and mentorship required to climb up the ladder of success quickly and move into a Senior role. They told me during the interview process it was a get-ahead, not a hold-back system which to my surprise is accurate. The team there is very close and push each other to be successful. The opportunity to earn is much better than my previous sales job. Location is central to Toronto so it's very easy to get to work via the ttc.
Cons
Parking at their facility is limited. The biggest challenge I had was finding parking nearby with all the condo's being built.
