      Standard working hours. Otherwise no pros

      Cons

      Politics, regional, country wise. Pakistani employees playing dirty politics against indiana. Management doesnot trust employees. A non coder engineer without any experience in software development is supervising the development team and passing over all his lacunae and faults to his reports.
