      Great place to work!

      Pros

      This is one of the best places I've ever worked. Leadership has demonstrated during the pandemic how much they truly care about their employees. There is great flexibility with your schedule, advancement opportunities, fair compensation including bonus potential and interesting projects.

      Cons

      The workloads are extremely high and it is hard to take time off right now but management is trying to hire people so hopefully it will improve soon.

      Intelligent, hardworking staff; Casual but professional environment; good team morale

      Cons

      Micromanagement is everywhere; long meetings that get nowhere often; catty and cruel behavior and treatment between accounting and ops; aging principal staff that are out of touch with business today; Draconian treatment of staff by management.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to learn and grow. Very good pay. You are trusted to do a good job and non micromanaged.

      Cons

      Atmosphere is very cold and corporate. People don't interact face to face much. Can be very isolating for new hires. In the time I've been here, many staff have left or been laid off.
