Pros

Good technology, with a fairly laid back working environment. Good existing business with clients imbedded into the technology so hard for them to move.

Cons

A lot of responsibility on a few long term engineer's, doesnt seem to be a lot of depth. Same CEO for a long period and things seem a little stale. On the sales side a lot of the bosses have been promoted from within for little change.
