Poor management, constant restructures looking to drive enough top line owned by private company

The people in different levels of management are in roles above their competency level and it is poorly managed as a consequence. Some managers in key areas are involved in petty personal battles with staff and directly target them. Additionally, the company lacks a great leader with heart - there is no desire to engage with staff at lower ranks or to hear their feedback. Exit interviews are not conducted by HR and they fear the CEO. Shame as this as the potential to be a great company, but it needs a big clean out of the management.
