    Pros

    coworkers are nice, big office

    Cons

Be careful to HR, it is difficult to hire people, so they could cheat you. very high turnover, half of the total employees leave every year, not equal, managers have big computer screens, and ordinary staffs have smaller ones, they often hire managers not experienced, you have to teach manager

I worked at Intertrust full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Located in City of London

    Cons

Coworkers more preoccupied with gossip than delivering results or at least maintaining a facade of professionalism. The sales team is the only one to get recognition. Directors engage in abusive behaviours towards employees instead of offering objective feedback. High staff turnover as a result. This office probably only has 2-3 more years left. The HQ is nothing like the London office though.

I have been working at Intertrust full-time for more than a year

    Pros

+ (Mostly) nice colleagues. + Good place to learn if no previous experience about this field. + 30 days annual leave.

    Cons

    - Many unskilled and unprofessional employees, which are most likely hired because of their nice personality not because of their skills. - Management doesn't care about the employees, they only concentrate on the cash collection and administrative tasks given by the upper management (those are the priority nr. one even before the clients' requests). - No work/life balance basically for the half of the year, overhours not paid or given as vacations. - Low salary, hard to get a raise. - Communication problems from top to down. - Giving constructive or negative feedback to the management just makes you a black sheep, doesn't lead to any changes. - The management doesn't see the workers are humans, only as euros. - Terrible company gossip culture. - (Sexual) harassment by co-workers. - Super high employee turnover ratio.

I worked at Intertrust full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - you can make good friends but just be careful

    Cons

Staff memebers are treated inhumane , like they dont exsit . The exit of staff memebers is done in a way that you feel as if you have comitted a big crime. Too much office politics. '' if you dont bow down to managers u will be crying everyday. I worked here and i lost my mind , now i suffer mentally. Other than that people just do what they want . You are pressured to fill in time sheet as well. They focus more on cash collection If you love yourself , avoid this company They have a very extremly high staff turnover
