Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your peers and about management. I'm glad you enjoy working with the other employees, as coworker satisfaction is so important to feeling connected in the workplace. I am, of course, sorry to learn how dissatisfied you are with senior management, at least at the time this comment was posted. If you still have concerns about the people in leadership, I would very much appreciate the opportunity to understand more. Thank you again for posting.
Relaxed dress code. Most middle management good. Co-workers are generally friendly. Some opportunity to cross over jobs.
Cons
Salary isn't competitive. New CEO is the owner's kid, he's a child, no management experience, wishywashy, micromanages, controlling, the list goes on. Thinks he's the next Steve Jobs. Be prepared to kiss his butt or kiss yourself goodbye. Company culture is a joke.
The old director of development left because of issues with higher management, he was the best thing to happen to the place.

It is our belief that the above review was posted by a recently terminated employee who was separated from the company for violation of company policies. As can be seen in the majority of the other reviews, Issuetrak has received mainly positive and objective comments from its employees.
Issuetrak is a progressive work environment in terms of culture, innovation, and general development practices (all of which have undergone very positive and productive changes in the last year). We have a nice balance of male and female leaders, especially for a medium-sized technology company (2 female directors, 1 female Support manager, and 1 recently promoted female manager in Development). Dan Luhring, the CEO, is energetic and has a lot of vision. It's clear he cares very much about developing the best application we're capable of developing. And, overall, he seems concerned about recognizing and rewarding the team. Finally, there seems to be opportunities for both vertical and lateral movement within the company depending on how driven an employee is.
Cons
There have been some staff changes over the past year that could be interpreted as negative. However, these changes have ultimately been for the best with regard to moving the company and individual departments forward, not to mention improving morale in many cases. Having slightly more flexible options regarding work schedules would be nice, but I think management is working toward this (definitely already have flexibility regarding leave, sick days, vacation, etc.).
