I worked at J.P. Morgan for less than a year

    Pros

The benefits are great, associate networking programs are well funded.

    Cons

The senior leadership team is a bunch of mean girls from high school. Either your in the "in crowed" or your fired. Base salary is artificially low, they figure if you perform you will make a ton of incentive if not you will quit because you are not making enough money to survive.

    Pros

    Cons

Its very very clique, if your not part of the in crowd you never will be and they will find some lame reason to get rid of you. I seen it done, I reported it, did everything I was suppose to do and it got me kicked out of the club and I could tell every day that they were looking for some reason to get rid of me.
