Good Engineering stack.Even though what work will you do depends on your team,But from firm's perspective tech stack is organised which will make your dev/deployment/life easier.
Cons
Before joining talk to Team Lead/member you are directly going to work with.That will probably give you better idea what your work and culture would be.Different teams have 'Very' different culture.In general though, stay from team which has too many people for long years..They are generally very uninviting.Don't choose just because of brand name. Hard to move to different teams

- Resume builder - young people there are generally nice - cult-y perks (lots a free swag, paid-for happy hours, instant friends, etc.) - work with lots of people more senior than you

- god-awful culture (literally emotionally abused by my manager for a year) - below-market pay - inane hierarchical structure - politics - ethically questionable business practices - terrible technological offerings - very hard to move within the company - "back office" employees treated as second-rate
