1. If you want to apply your knowledge and skills to develop something good then this the place. 2. Amazing L&D team. They provide some really good resources for learning, different communities share their knowledge and it's amazing! 3. Good transport facilities. 4. Thanks to pandemic, they allowed wfh now. Saved travelling time. 5. Culture of innovation and sharing. 6. 360 feedback. It does make an impact!
Cons
1. Compensation is below market standards for existing employees. 2. Company is hiring less experienced resources at higher pay and higher grade for the same project. This is very demotivating! 3. Pay well to shared resources. They fill-up multiple positions and must be compensated accordingly. 4. No work life balance. Though higher management was vocal about relaxing work pressure, local managers never cared for it. Almost worked 11-12 hrs daily every week. 5. Global mobility is just on papers. Global managers reject candidates because it requires approval from higher management and other regulatory clearances which no manager wants to get involved in it.
