      Good for short term. Not long term.

      Pros

      Work/life balance was great. All branches are easy to get to.

      Cons

      Not all staff have the same opportunities. Favoritism is very apparent. Strong resistence to change. Training required on leadership skills, but no implementation on skills. Procedures not documented.
